Society vs. Individual
I feel the well-being of a individual is far more important than the well-being of a society. Individulas are the ones who make up a society. Therefore if individulas are unhappy or unsafe than a society isnt fulfilling its requirements. A good society cant be made up of unhappy civilians. A society should focus on individuals first rather than a whole.

survival of the fittest but for a society you should think of the whole not parts or you will create a favoritism country.
